COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. (AP) -- A marijuana grow facility in Colorado Springs is causing quite a stink.
Lauren Stewart, who owns a consignment clothing shop, says it often smells like pot in her store and some customers have canceled events because of a neighboring marijuana nursery. The marijuana tenant was not identified.
According to KOAA-TV, the landlord told Stewart the grow operation is legal and has permission to stay. The landlord installed an air-conditioner to help remedy the situation, but Stewart still wants to move.
