EL PASO COUNTY, COLO. -- El Paso County Sheriff's deputies have released the name of the man who hung himself at a public park west of Colorado Springs in July.

Deputies said 54-year-old William Allen was found dead July 7 in the Red Rocks Canyon area.

The coroner said Allen hung himself and ruled the death a suicide.

The investigation is closed.
