COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Police arrested two people for holding up a couple pumping gas at a Circle K store with a CO2 gun early Sunday.

49-year-old Hiram Church and 32-year-old Deja Moss were arrested for Aggravated Robbery after police tracked down their vehicle and located stolen money, and the CO2 gun from an incident around 2:22 a.m.

Police were called to 2890 S. Circle Drive for a reported personal robbery with a handgun.

The victim and her husband were pumping gas when the suspects approached their vehicle, asking to borrow her cell phone.

The fight ended promptly and the suspects left the area.

Police were able to find the suspect's vehicle near S. Circle Dr. and E. Fountain Blvd. Church and Moss were detained after the victims and a witness were able to identify them.

There were no injuries.
