Suspects arrested after cell phone store theft

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Two men were arrested after police said they were involved in a morning theft at a Springs cell phone store.

Police were called to the T-Mobile Store in the 3200 block of East Platte, near Chelton,  just after 11 Tuesday morning on the report of a robbery in progress. The victim, according to police, was able to give a suspect description and a vehicle description.

The descriptions were relayed to police in the area and an officer saw a possible suspect vehicle traveling east on Airport Road from Academy Boulevard. The officer saw two people inside the vehicle.

After the suspect vehicle parked at an apartment complex on South Academy Boulevard, the two men inside the vehicle were identified as the suspects.

Oscar Ganaway and Wayn Seaburgher were both detained and the incident was classified as a theft. No one was hurt and no threats were made during the theft, police said.
