COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A 32-year-old man was arrested Sunday evening after police said he stole several items from a vet clinic.

It was Sunday night at about 9:30 when police responded to a possible burglary at Cat Tails in the 3600 block of Star Ranch Road.

A passerby, according to police, reported hearing glass break and possibly seeing someone with a flashlight.

Police said 32-year-old Thomas Marzak was found inside the business near a broken window.

Marzak was found with items taken from the business. He was placed under arrest.
