SECURITY, COLO. -- One person is unaccounted for after an early morning house fire in the Security-Widefield area.

The fire started around 1:15 a.m. Thursday at a home on the 400 Block of El Cielo Vista Street.

Lieutenant Jeff Kramer tells FOX21 News that a family of six lived in the house.

At least two women were able to escape with minor injures.

One had burns to her hands and the other suffered burns to her feet..

A third female is unaccounted for this morning.

The house is a total loss.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
