COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs police are investigating a shooting Monday at the 7-Eleven on Pikes Peak and Academy.

Police say the victim was parked in the parking lot, and a one point jumped out of the vehicle and starting running.

That's when police say the suspect -- or suspects -- fired several rounds from another parked vehicle.

The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg.

He is expected to be okay.

Police are still looking for a suspect.
