A Pueblo man has died after an apparent stabbing this morning.

Pueblo Police say they responded around 7:30 this morning to Parkview Hospital. The victim, 28 year old Christopher Rodriguez, arrived at the hospital by private vehicle with serious stab wounds. He died about two hours later.

The investigation is ongoing, as police say they do not yet know where the stabbing took place. Rodriguez was possibly living in the 700 block of Santa Clara, near Pueblo Boulevard and Thatcher Avenue. He was often seen driving a small red scooter. Police are interested in finding the scooter, indicating it may be in the area of Santa Clara Avenue or Pueblo Boulevard. Pueblo Police were also trying to locate a white pickup truck  that was seen leaving Parkview shortly after Rodriguez arrived. That pickup and the driver have been identified.
