ERIE, COLO. (AP) -- Donors are stepping in to help an aircraft museum in Erie cover its costs after an estimated $2,700 in donations and sales went missing.
The nonprofit Spirit of Flight Center displays vintage airplanes. It has an annual operating budget of $75,000.
According to the Boulder Daily Camera, the museum has already received about $1,500 in pledges from donors to replace the money that was stolen at the fundraising event on Saturday.
