Three arrested after shooting gun outside Dublin House

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers arrested three people early Friday morning for firing a gun outside a bar.
Officers chased down a car that was speeding away from the Dublin House in the 1800 block of Dominion Way around 1:30 a.m. after several shots were fired by someone.
Someone threw the gun out the window as the car was driving away, but officers pulled it over.
The driver, 31-year-old Jerry Harkins, was arrested for DUI, 22-year-old Anthony Bartlett was arrested for prohibited use of a weapon, and 21-year-old Jermel Jones was arrested for attempted second degree assault on an officer and obstruction.
Officers said no one was hurt when the original shooting happened. They also found a second gun in the car.
