PUEBLO, COLO. (AP) -- Another wild rabid bat has been found at a Colorado zoo.

Health officials are asking anyone who was at the Pueblo Zoo on Wednesday to seek medical help if they were bitten or scratched by a bat.

According to KRDO-TV, the mammal was found outside the vulture stork pen.

Earlier this week, Colorado health officials warned visitors to the Denver Zoo that a wild, rabid bat was found outside the bird exhibit. A zoo employee is being treated for possible exposure after being bitten.

Rabies is transmitted by a bite or scratch, but once humans begin to have symptoms of rabies, the disease is usually fatal.

Symptoms often include aggressive behavior.
