Police ask for help finding JR's Country Store robber

PUEBLO, COLO. -- Pueblo Police officers are asking for the public's help identifying and locating a man who robbed a country store last week.

Officers said a man entered JR's Country Store in the 500 block of East Abriendo Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Sunday, went up to the clerk with his hand under his shirt as if he was holding a gun and demanded "give me all your money."

After taking some money from the cash register, the man ran out of the store.

Employees said he is a Hispanic man in his early 20s, about 6' tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He has short brown hair and brown eyes. During the robbery he wore a white bandana over his face, a blue and white striped shirt, blue jeans and gray tennis shoes.

Officers are asking anyone with information about the robbery or the suspect to contact Crime Stoppers at (719) 542-7867. Information leading to his arrest may earn the tipper a cash reward.
