FORT CARSON, Colo. (AP) -- A military judge is holding a hearing for a Fort Carson soldier charged with murder in the November death of his 2-year-old nephew.

The hearing is scheduled Tuesday for Pfc. Jason A. Price. It will help determine whether Price should face a court-martial.

Charging documents indicate the toddler suffered blunt force trauma to the head at Fort Carson on Nov. 5. The child's name hasn't been released.
