COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers have arrested a man in connection with last week's deadly hit-and-run crash that killed a 14-year-old.

Investigators said they arrested 38-year-old David Allen Henley Jr. Tuesday afternoon.

They said Henley will be charged with accidents involving death, a class three felony.

The car believed to have been involved in the deadly crash has also been impounded by officers.

Thurday night, Ricardo "Ricky" Figueroa was hit near the intersection of Circle Drive and Airport Road.

Figueroa died a short time later at Memorial Hospital.

He was an eighth grader at the Galileo School of Math and Science in Colorado Springs.
