PUEBLO COUNTY, COLO. -- Pueblo County Sheriff's deputies have arrested one man and are looking for other suspects in a string of burglary cases that could be connected.

Deputies arrested 50-year-old Gary Biby Wednesday after getting a tip about suspicious activity from a citizen.

On March 23, someone called deputies saying a man was dropping off loads of items early in the morning in the 900 block of Calle de Caballos Drive in Pueblo West. Later that day, another person called deputies saying there was a suspicious truck in the 1100 block of East Holiday Drive, also in Pueblo West.

When deputies arrived in that area, they saw Biby jumping over a fence, running from deputies.

They were able to trace the truck to an address that matched the early morning incident, and they found stolen items inside the truck. Deputies said the stolen items matched multiple reports from both the city and county of Pueblo.

Biby was arrested in the 500 block of Acero Drive in Pueblo, and deputies found more stolen items there. They are going through all of the items to try to get them back to their owners, but they said they don't know how many burglaries have been committed or how many are connected.

Biby faces second degree burglary and possession of burglary tools charges, and additional charges are pending.
