COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A woman, arrested in connection with last summer's deadly shooting outside a Colorado Springs AutoZone, has been charged with first-degree murder.

Officals said 49-year-old Frani Olivas is being held at the El Paso County Jail for the July 27, 2011 shooting that killed 39-year-old Joaquin Paniagua and injured 54-year-old Donald LaRoe.

Prosecutors said Edward Coffey shot the men when a robbery plot went bad.

Meanwhile court records said Coffey's wife, Dawn Morgan, told police Olivas and Coffey planned to get rent money by robbing someone.

Morgan pleaded guilty earlier this month to one count of accessory to a crime, and her sentencing is scheduled for April.
