FREMONT COUNTY, COLO. -- Fremont County Sheriff's deputies have arrested two brothers in connection with the theft of about $600 worth of power tools from a gym.

Deputies said 26-year-old Nathan Clinkinbeard and 21-year-old Dusty Eslick were at the Lincoln Park gym Sunday afternoon without authorization. Clinkinbeard took the tools from the men's locker room and was caught on the gym's surveillance camera.

Clinkinbeard came back to the gym Monday, and a contracter, who owned the tools and recognized him from the video, confronted him.

Clinkinbeard tried to leave, but the contractor tackled him and held him down until deputies arrived.

Deputies got a search warrant for Eslick's apartment after the arrest and found the stolen tools, as well as marijuana and drug paraphernalia. 

Both men face second degree burglary, theft, criminal mischief and drug charges. Clinkinbeard's bond is $3,000, and Eslick's bond is $6,000. Clinkinbeard also has a separate bond for unrelated warrants.
