DENVER (AP) -- Children's Hospital says it is taking steps to control a virus that has infected some of its young patients.

According to KMGH-TV, a gastrointestinal virus has made children in the adolescent unit sick, making them dehydrated and weak.

Some parents say the hospital failed to notify them of the illnesses. The hospital did not say how many children were affected.
