PUEBLO, COLO. -- A sexually violent predator was released from prison Tuesday and is currently listed as homeless in Pueblo.
Julian Reyes, a 51-year-old man who Pueblo Police officers said also has been diagnosed with mental health problems, will be on two years of intensive supervised parole and will be tracked with a GPS ankle monitor.
Reyes was serving time for a sexual assault conviction and has prior convictions for first and third degree sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact, criminal mischief, child abuse/neglect, robbery and second degree trespassing.
Reyes is a 5'10" white man and weighs 210 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
He is one of 14,624 registered sex offenders in Colorado and one of 515 currently registered in Pueblo. Of the 515, Reyes is one of only six labeled as "violent."
