COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers have arrested another woman believed to be connected with the shootings at a Colorado Springs AutoZone store July 27.

Officers arrested 48-year-old Frani Olivas around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the El Paso County Courthouse, fewer than 24 hours after issuing a warrant for her arrest.

Olivas has been charged with accessory to first degree murder.

Ernest Schmidt was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with first degree murder in the case. Schmidt allegedly shot a man to death in the parking lot of the store on the corner of Powers Boulevard and Palmer Park Boulevard July 27, and shot another man inside the store during an armed robbery. He then kidnapped a third victim and drove down Palmer Park to Academy Boulevard before letting that person free.
