Gang member, sex predator back in Pueblo

PUEBLO, COLO. -- Another sexually violent predator has moved to Pueblo.

Pueblo police said 27-year-old Frank Gallegos has moved back to the city and is listed as homeless.

Gallegos is a self-employed carpet cleaner at Gallegos Carpet Care. He was convicted of attempted sexual assault when he supplied underage girls with alcohol and drugs, then sexually assaulted them as part of a gang initiation.

He has also been convicted of witness tampering.

Gallegos is a Hispanic man, 5'9" and weighs 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, and a number of tattoos, including '3 Dots' near his left eye, a playboy bunny on his chest, 'Frank' on his stomach, '13 on his upper right arm and a skull on his upper left arm.

He is a member of Los Carnales, East Side Dukes and Surenos 13 - all local street gangs. He also drives a blue 2005 Pontiac Sunfire.

Gallegos also goes by the names Lucky and Frankie.

There are 520 sex offenders currently registered in Pueblo, and about 14,363 registered in Colorado.
