COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A Walgreens in the 900 block of North Circle Drive in Colorado Springs was robbed early Sunday morning.

Colorado Springs Police said a man jumped the counter at the pharmacy and demanded prescription medication from the clerk while showing a handgun.

Police said the suspect left the area with an undisclosed amount of medication.

Officers were unable to find the suspect.

No was injured during the robbery.
