COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs police are looking for a man in connection with a Jan. 18 murder in the city.
Rashaun Demetrius Faulcon is considered a person of interest but not a suspect in the murder of 22-year-old Dominque Marnell Griffin. He is, however, wanted on two felony charges for failing to register as a sex offender.
On Jan. 18, police found Griffin dead inside his apartment in the 4400 block of E. Pikes Peak Avenue. The coroner ruled his death a homicide due to multiple gunshot wounds.
The next day, police arrested 25-year-old Mario Nichols on charges of first degree murder and others.
Faulcon is a 26-year-old black man. He is about 6'1", 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos including a six-point star on his right wrist, the words 'Highly hated' on his right shoulder and 'mostly loved' on his left shoulder.
Anyone with information on Faulcon's whereabouts should contact police, CrimeStoppers or TIP411.
