Wendy Brez-Dahl from the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region stopped by FOX21 Morning News with tips on mapping out a plan to achieve our resolutions.
She introduced us to something called a "life wheel" that breaks our lives into various segments -- like career, finances, relationships, spirituality, etc. -- and then allows us to focus on certain aspects of our lives that are most important or need the most attention.
She said it's a good idea to make two wheels -- one that represents where your life is now, and one that represents what you wish your life was like. The differences between the two will help you focus on the areas that are important to you and help highlight areas that need more attention.
