FORT CARSON, COLO. -- Agents have arrested a man and have another in custody in connection with an Oct. 11 Burger King shooting and robbery at Fort Carson.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Army Criminal Investigative Command agents arrested 20-year-old Joshua Bodean Smith on robbery and firearms charges.
Smith is a civilian who was arrested at his home on the base, and an active duty service member is also being held in custody on related charges.
