PUEBLO, COLO. -- The Colorado Department of Corrections released sexually violent predator Emmanuel Bitsuie Wednesday with two years of intensive supervised parole.

This is Bitsuie's second release from the DOC in the past two years. He will be listed as homeless but his parole officer will know his whereabouts via a GPS monitoring system.

Pueblo currently has four sexually violent predators.
