CASE OF THE HEPATITIS C NURSE:

A federal judge in Denver on Friday rejected a sentencing deal for Kristen Diane Parker, the surgical nurse whose drug addiction led her to swap out syringes filled with pain meds for saline solution. At one time, she worked in Colorado Springs at Audubon Surgery Center.
