The vote today will decide whether or not to continue cleaning under their newly proposed guidelines. Also on tap for today is a vote on the highway system leading up to Pikes Peak. There is a proposal to change the system for annual highway passes. The council meets at 1 p.m. at the city council chambers at 107 N. Nevada Ave.

*  For those commuting to Fort Carson this morning, you might experience some delays.
