COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO -- FOX21 Morning News anchor Grace Polanski spoke with YMCA's Laura Schaelling about unique ways to tell someone you love them in the Friday, Feb. 13, morning show.

"A happy heart is a healthy heart," said Schaelling. "It's all about delivery."

She gave ideas about being creative with things one might normally do, suggesting to add a twist to the note given with flowers.

"What about a love note you might normally write -- write the note on the back of a poster that's given as a gift," Shaelling suggested.

Old photographs can be used as a greeting card for a loved one.
