It's nearly half-way through the month of November, which means Thanksgiving Day is not far off.

In the Thursday, Nov. 13, "Gizmos and Gadgets" segment, FOX21 Morning News anchor Grace Polanski meets with Christine Eppley of Sparrow Hawk, Ltd., who recommends cooking tools to use for preparing the holiday meal.

One example she suggests is use of a plastic brining bag in which to soak and marinate a turkey overnight to help keep it moist.

A large stainless steel pot with a rack inside, baster and injector, and a ceramic cooking dish are some of the kitchen tools that Sparrowhawk demonstrates.
