PUEBLO, Colo.--Pueblo police are investigating an officer-involved shooting after responding to a domestic disturbance this morning.

According to authorities, officers were called to the 900 block of Evans, where a man came out of a house and started shooting at an officer.

The suspect fled from the scene and a foot pursuit began. Another officer joined in on the pursuit.

The suspect ran about a half a block on the 100 block of Arthur, and shots were fired again from both parties. The suspect was shot and transported to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

The two officers involved in the shooting sustained no injuries.

No names have been released at this time.

Authorities say they can't confirm the age of the suspect, and the investigation is still underway.
