COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers arrested two 18-year-old men Tuesday night for trying to break into a medical marijuana dispensary.
According to officers, Vincent Maldonado and Bryan Grimes broke into Discreet Treats through the back door and were inside setting off silent alarms. When officers arrived around 11:29 p.m., they ran.
Officers set up containment and eventually found them both a short distance from the South Academy Boulevard store.
Both were arrested and charged with attempted burglary. Officers did not release any other information.
