PUEBLO, COLO. -- A Pueblo man is in serious condition after a truck crashed in to his motorcycle Monday night.

It happened at 5 p.m. on Business Highway 50, four miles east of Pueblo.

Colorado State troopers said a Ford F-350 pickup made a left turn into a parking lot and collided with an oncoming motorcycle with 50-year-old Daniel McClure riding.

McClure suffered serious injuries in the crash.

The driver of the truck, 36-year-old Steven Fry of Pueblo, is in custody.

Investigators said alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
