Sex offender released from prison, living in Woodland Park

WOODLAND PARK, COLO. -- El Paso County Sheriff's deputies are holding a meeting for Ute Pass-area residents after a sexually violent predator moved to Woodland Park.

Jeffrey Brosh, a recently released 39-year-old sex offender, will be living in the 9100 block of Canyon Drive in the city.

Brosh was convicted of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust in 2008 and was released from prison Monday. The address is actually in El Paso County near the Teller County border.

Deputies are complying with state statutes in notifying residents about Brosh. The meeting is Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Green Mountain Falls Town Hall.
