COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers arrested a man Monday morning accused of masturbating in front of women at least seven times.
Officers pulled 29-year-old Michael Hurd over on North Union Boulevard for speeding around 9:44 a.m. and realized he matched the description of the man wanted in seven separate indecent exposure cases.
According to officers, Hurd masturbated openly in front of women in retail stores, in parks and in parking lots.
Officers said there may be additional victims. They are not releasing a photo of Hurd due to the ongoing investigation but said if anyone thinks they've seen a 5'9," 245-pound Hispanic man with a shaved head wearing a white tank top masturbating, call them at (719) 444-7000.
Hurd may have been driving a silver Buick Le Sabre or a silver Dodge Durango during the incidents.
Officers also found methamphetamine in Hurd's car when they pulled him over Monday.
