MONUMENT, COLO. -- An exciting Monday for a local brewery and the Colorado Springs Professional Fire Fighters, as they tapped a new beer, the Local 5 Pale Ale.
Th Pikes Peak Brewing Company in Monument, mixing up and releasing the beer for the first time.
The Local 5 Pale Ale is a fundraiser for the Colorado Springs Professional Fire Fighters.
All the proceeds from the brew will be donated to the Local 5 to assist with community events.
You can pick up a growler at the Pikes Peak Brewing Co. in Monument, or grab a glass at a downtown bar.
