Arrest documents detail alleged sexual assaults

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Emmett Andrew Larsen was arrested last Thursday on charges of Sexual Assault on a Child, by one in a position of trust.

After a 10-year-old girl reported to Colorado Springs police that Larsen rubbed her back and vaginal area.

According to arrest documents, the first incident happend back in December of 2011, the litle girl reported sitting on Larsen's lap when he started rubbing her back before moving his hands over her shoulder and rubbing her bare breasts under her shirt.

The second time happened when the child and suspect were sitting on a couch, Larsen again began to rub her back before moving his hands around to her sides and ultimately down the front of her pants.

The third incident happened when the little girl was sitting on Larsen's lap on a recliner, he again begain to rub her back and moved his hands onto her breasts.

In the affidavit, the young girl said she had told her mother about the touching after the first two incidents occurred.

The second 10-year-old girl said Larsen did not touch her inappropriately but confirmed he would rub her back and tickle her neck.

In an interview with police 77-year-old Emmett Larsen admited to touching one of the girls on the breasts and vagina for a 2-year period and said he became sexually aroused.

He also admitted to doing the same to the other girl saying it was not intentional.
