LITTLETON, COLO. (AP) -- The Sikh temple gunman lived in Colorado off and on as an adult. During one of those stints, a year after he was discharged from the Army, Wade Page pleaded guilty to driving under the influence in Denver but never completed his sentence.

According to records, Page had a blood alcohol more than 1 1/2 times over the legal limit when he hit a sign at an apartment complex on April 27, 1999.

The judge suspended a 60 day jail sentence on the condition that Page complete a year of alcohol treatment and perform community service.

He didn't do and an arrest warrant was issued in 2000. It was canceled in 2007 and the case was closed.

According to records, Page last lived in Colorado in 2007 in an apartment in Littleton.
