COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers are looking for suspects in two robberies that happened late Monday night.
The first happened in the 30 block of Claremont Street. Officers said a victim was leaning into a car to grab something around 10:54 p.m. when a man came up to the car, pulled out a gun and demanded the victim's money. The suspect left in a silver or gold Cadillac, possibly a Eldorado model, with a spare tire on the back.
The victim wasn't hurt, and officers said 4-5 other people were in the car when it drove away.
The second robbery happened at the Diamond Shamrock in the 1700 block of Jet Wing Drive around 11:56 p.m. Officers said a man pulled out a gun in the store and demanded cash. He also left with an undisclosed amount of money in a Cadillac Eldorado.
No one was hurt in that robbery either.
Officers did not say if the same suspects were involved in both robberies.
