President Obama arrives in Colorado Springs to assess wildfire damage

The President of the United States has landed at Petersen Air Force Base.

He plans to assess the intense damage and devastation caused by the Waldo Canyon Fire over the last five days.

The Waldo Canyon Fire is the number one priority for firefighters across the nation.

The fire is burning more than 16,000 acres and has claimed one life.
