COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers released the name of the woman who died Tuesday afternoon after rolling her car while trying to avoid another one.

Sara Hernandez was driving south on Union Boulevard in the city around 4:24 p.m. Tuesday when she swerved to avoid a car that was stalled in the right lane. She lost control of the car south of Ranch Road and rolled it.

The 21-year-old was taken to a hospital with serious injuries and later died.

Nobody else was hurt in the crash. Hernandez, the only one in her car, was not wearing her seatbelt.
