WALSENBURG, COLO. (AP) -- Court officials in Colorado say one of three siblings accused in a multi-state crime spree has reached a plea deal with prosecutors.
Lee Grace Dougherty is set to appear in court in Walsenburg on Thursday.
A spokesman for the state court system said Wednesday that lawyers have told the court that a plea deal will be presented during the hearing.
Dougherty and her two brothers are accused of shooting at a police officer in Florida, as well as robbing a Georgia bank.
The siblings face five counts each in Colorado of attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and other felony charges related to a high-speed chase and what authorities say was a shootout before their capture in August.
There's no word yet on whether the other siblings have also reached plea deals.
