FREMONT COUNTY, COLO. -- Colorado State troopers released the name of the man killed in a car crash in Penrose over the weekend.
Daniel Graham died around 12:20 a.m. Saturday while being transported to the hospital after crashing his car on Highway 115 in Fremont County late Friday night.
Troopers said Graham was driving near mile marker 11 when he went off the road while going around a curve to the left. Graham overcorrected after drifting off the right side of the road, rolled and crashed into a guardrail around 11:30.
Troopers said Graham wasn't wearing his seatbelt and was thrown from the car. They also said he may have been under the influence of alcohol.
Graham's passenger was wearing a seatbelt and was not hurt in the crash.
