PUEBLO, COLO. -- Pueblo County District Attorney Bill Thiebaut said he will not file charges against a trio accused of robbing a bank in Georgia, shooting at police officers in Florida and Colorado and stealing two cars in Utah.

Thiebaut filed a motion in Pueblo Court on Monday stating he would not file charges against the three Doughertys who led Pueblo County sheriff's deputies on a chase.

That chase ended in Walsenburg in Huerfano County. The three Doughertys, Dylan, Ryan Stanley and Lee Grace, already face a total of 76 charges among them.
