WALSENBURG, COLO. -- Another court date has been set for a trio of siblings who went on a cross-country crime spree.
The Dougherty siblings are now due back in court on Sept. 20 for a preliminary hearing where prosecutors will lay out the details of the evidence for the charges pending against them.
The three siblings, 29-year-old Lee Grace Dougherty, 26-year-old Dylan Stanley Dougherty, and 21-year-old Ryan Edward Dougherty, face five counts each of attempted second degree murder and first degree assault.
The trio also face other felony charges as well.
A judge set the preliminary hearing date Thursday.
Prosecutors have filed charges in Huerfano County where authorities caught up with the Dougherty's after a high-speed chase and shootout.
The trio are accused of robbing a bank in Georgia, shooting at police in Florida and Colorado, and stealing two cars in Utah.
