TELLER COUNTY, COLO. -- A wildfire is burning in Teller County west of Cripple Creek.

Emergency officals said right now it has burned about 50 acres, and evacuations have been put in place.

One hundred four homes have been evacuated in the Navajo Mountain Mesa Subdivision.

The Teller County Sheriff's Office has been called in to help evacuate animals.

A shelter has been set up at the Fourmile Community Church.

Officials said it is not likely residents will be allowed to return home tonight.

Fifteen agencies have responded from Teller and Park Counties, as well as BLM and USFS.

No structures are currently affected.

Bear Trap Ranch subdivision is on standby evacuation.
