COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The Colorado Springs Police Department is looking for a man who robbed a 7-Eleven overnight.

Officers were called to the store on Mount View Lane just after 1 a.m. for a victim with a head injury.

Police said the store clerk had been struck on the head with an unknown weapon during the robbery.

The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for his injury.

Investigators were able to view video surveillance from the store, and said it showed a white male wearing a knit hat enter the store, commit the robbery, and then flee in a dark (possibly blue) Dodge pick-up truck.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 444-7000.
