Police investigate accidental shooting

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs police are investigating an accidental shooting near Cheyenne Meadows Road in Colorado Springs.

Authorities said it happened around 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the 3900 block of Glenhurst Drive.

The Major Crimes Unit is currently at the scene, but officials have not released any other information as of now.
