DENVER (AP) -- Two more Colorado ski resorts are opening for the season.
Durango Mountain Resort and Monarch Mountain were set to welcome skiers and snowboarders on Friday. That will bring the total number of resorts open for the season to 15.
Resorts have benefited from some early season storms.
Loveland is reporting a mid-mountain depth of 36 inches while Steamboat has 35 inches and Winter Park, 30 inches.
