DENVER (AP) -- A small group of abortion opponents has withdrawn its endorsement of Republican Senate candidate Ken Buck.

Buck lost the backing of American Right To Life after saying he won't make abortion a litmus test in deciding whether to confirm judges.

The group's move was first reported by The Denver Post Tuesday.

American Right to Life president Bob Enyart says that Buck is moving to the center on abortion. Buck is not supporting a state ballot proposal to outlaw abortion.

American Right To Life is not affiliated with the better-known National Right to Life.
